Michele Huffman

MS, SCCC

Strength & Conditioning Coach

For those who really want to know how I got here …..

Well, if you don't know already, my name is Michele Huffman, also known as Meesh.  I was born and raised in Keller, Texas, and currently live in Fort Worth.  I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University, where I played softball for four years, and also obtained a Masters degree in Kinesiology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science; Minor in Nutrition.  It was only in Graduate School where I slowly started to fall in love with Strength & Conditioning.  I was a graduate assistant for two years in the Strength and Conditioning department and I was lucky enough to get some of the best experience you can get in this field.  I worked with each and every sport (yes, football too), and I was also responsible for writing my own sports specific programs for my teams (Volleyball, Women's Soccer, Tennis, Golf, Track & Field, etc)

After passing my certification exam (CSCCA), and graduating with my Masters in 2012, I accepted my first coaching job and I moved to Radford Virginia.  I was the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Radford University.  My first year in Virginia I was certain that I would only coach at the Collegiate level, after all, this is what I had been preparing for right? As my third year in Virginia was coming to a close I was more than eager to find a way back home to Texas.

In Spring of 2015, I accepted a job at a Strength & Conditioning facility located in Dallas Texas.  I have now been back in Texas for the last 4 years and have loved every minute!

I am currently accepting new personal training clients in Fort Worth at Fox Fitness, as well as online clients.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, and I'd be happy to help!
